A delivery fee of $18.95 will be added to each order based on the delivery zip code, for each address. (For non-local deliveries, this fee may vary.) U.S. orders must be received before 2:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day. We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.Dr Delphinium Designs & Events can delivery on Sundays between 12:00pm and 5:00pm if placed the day before. Orders placed after that time will be delivered the following business day.
We cannot guarantee specific flowers in areas other than the Dallas Metroplex, but we can guarantee that your gift will maintain the same quality that Dr Delphinium Designs has delivered for over 20 years.

Every Internet order you place with us will be charged a sales tax of 8.25%, applied to the amount of the order. This tax rate is based upon the rate our shop is charged, regardless of the destination of your order.
Please be advised that we are unable to cancel or change any orders already delivered or presently en route to delivery. If you find it necessary to cancel or change delivery dates or addresses for any other orders, simply call our Customer Service Department directly at 800-783-8790. We are also unable to accept cancellations or change requests via e-mail.
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country.
Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays.
In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
